So presumably, before the real actress went offstage it was showing live footage. But then there was no need to have anyone in the room at all once the pre-recorded footage picked up, right? Except to repeat the "shoulder touch", which might have actually de-synced the participant if they noticed the shoulder touch didn't match up with the actress' current position in the world.
I've had the chance to try the Oculus when it was paired up with lots of different demo types; one of them was being at the edge of a bit of scaffolding above a busy 1920's style street. It was a little weird that I expected to be able to bend and touch air, only to hit the real-world platform I was standing on instead. |

It gives a new meaning to murder by VR or "alleged" suicide. QUICK! START THE PRESS!
With the correct medication, improvisation, and VR, anything is possible. For example, fooling someone into killing what they believe to be an enemy but actually an innocent person. Or just making them believe they're in a dream and getting them to let their guard down and pull an Inception. Lolz, I would fail a psycho pass immediately. Or maybe not. Note to self: Be the one to start the Sibyl system or you're toast along with 3/4 of the world.

Funny thing is eventually this will become a marketable product. We will then be charged for porn just like we used to be before the internet was flooded by the stuff. I would not waste the money on it personally, if you really needed the 3d experience then get yourself in a relationship.
