Hiro Mashima's name is enough to get me excited never mind it being based on Parasyte which I am also rather fond ot. Looking forward to it. He can improve anything.

I've been playing Resident Evil 4 recently and every so often the parasite pops out of the top of the villagers heads.
Two/three longs flesh like tentacles, with metal blades on the ends and eyeballs up the stem. I'm sure the creature designer was influence by Parasyte. There so similar.

Great, I aaaalways like a shitty shonen mangaka laying hands on IPs I actually enjoy. Results are as good as you'd imagine...

Hiro is not a good example of a great shonen mangaka. As a whole, shonen mangaka are a lot better than seinen and shojo. You can't surpass the likes of FMA or Rurouni Kenshin.

How is Mashima not a good example of a mangaka, he's got one of the best series going, his last series is widely liked, and he's well known as one of the fastest, skilled drawers in the business, how is that not great.
