Regarding Kenko Zenrakei Suieibu Umisho, it seems to believe that if you're gonna do a fanservice-laden harem comedy, you might as well get the setting right. What better a locale for such a show than the high school swim team of an ocean side town? Kaname Okimura is the manager of the swim team, but he himself is afraid of water because one time, as a child, at the beach, he was pulled underwater by a mermaid. One day, a strange girl, Amuro Ninagawa, moves to town on a house on a raft.

I'm not sure why I'm starting a topic for this show, as I don't think it deserves one, but I feel I must confess my shame for watching it.

I'm not very impressed with the art. The characters look kind of blah to me, especially when wearing normal clothing. Granted, the females usually aren't wearing normal clothing.
The characters themselves don't seem terribly interesting personality-wise, except maybe for the swim team captain, who apparently keeps shaving razors in his speedo. While he's wearing it. Skeevy.

I've got a decently high tolerance for fanservicy nudity, but this show makes me feel dirty.

Hmm, the premise certainly doesn't set this show up to be good, but I'll probably end up trying this series anyway. As long as it's entertaining though I'll probably end up keeping up with the show, regardless of show quality.

It also kinda seems like a reversed Seto no Hanayome, in which the mermaid pulls the hero down instead of back up...

I watched the first 2 episodes before but didn't feel like writing about it seeing as how I really didn't think it was interesting. Sure there's cute girls wearing almost nothing at all but the whole thing itself was really a bore. The character designs I can tolerate but just too much with the blushing. As for the background images, nothing really special. Compare this to Seto no Hanayome, I think that Seto no Hanayome is at least a thousand times better. As for the OP and ED songs, they were just okay. Just one thing with the OP song though, the lyrics start out as "You can fly high, let's get naked." Confused

That was a little too much for me, I find it absolutely wrong to store sharp objects near those areas.

just watched this show on youtube and i liked it
ok so it may not be the best one out there, however i liked the fact that you have one character thats from "high society" but yet is a bit of a perv. and the vice- captiain is the one thats REALLY in charge of the club.

like i said it may not be the best thing out their but i think its pretty good
