Some people in the crunchyroll facebook page, which published these photos before, were saying that "the girl" wasn't the correct for the Yamato role. It certainly was a trap.
Anyway, they did a really good cosplay. |

That's totally a dude (removed). Good job on the costumes. Make up is a little overdone IMO but that seems to be an issue all their cosplay has.

Silly maybe, but I fail to see how cross-dressing is gross. That said he/she doesn't quite nail it as well as the other two do. Second pic is good, but the last one just seems a bit off in terms of the girls character. |

I'm only going to say this once. Either enjoy the cosplay or don't, but referring to crossplay, or as one of you has decided to expand upon it, transsexual women as gross won't be tolerated, period. For the rest, "trap" isn't acceptable slang either. |

octopodpie has pretty much already provided the warning. Like the crossplay or don't, but any such further language describing it as "gross" is not allowed.

Haha, I agree with Spotlesseden. The anime is supposed to portray an "ugly" guy and a "gorgeous" girl, but the cosplayers got it upside down: the real guy is (imho) good looking, and the real girl is... *cough*... a... wig?
