I loved her Kenichi in Metropolis and would gladly donate via PayPal.
Some of the people commenting in the linked article have expressed that they have witnessed the disregard to employee safety when working in the entertainment industry.

I had a relative that died on set while filming the original Spiderman movie. He was assissiting the camera man in a skybucket that collided with another skybucket that ripped his safety harness off and caused him to fall. It was during the scene where Green Goblin makes his 1st appearance during the big floating parade. Peolpe don't realize just how many people get injured and even worse die while making movies. You only ever hear about accidents if one of the bigger name stars is involved, or the occasional stuntman. I know and have met quite a few entertainment industry people and if people only knew some of the stuff that really happens on set and behind the scenes they would be shocked. It is nicknamed Hollyweird for a reason.

I think she also voiced Ignitemon in the latest two episodes of Digimon Fusion.

OSHA seriously needs to investigate the safety practices going on when it comes to movie sets.

Fully agreed with you, I'm surprised that OSHA has not set up an office in Hollywood. If they had set up an office long time ago, this incident would never happened.

Mithos from Tales of Symphonia....
I was wondering what happened to her because I had not heard her voice in anime/video games for years. I did not realize she had an accident.

She played as Kunikuda from The Melancholy of Haruhi Suzumiya...
I hope she gets well soon. That was a really painful accident.
