You might want to put warning spoilers tags on the article. The anime is currently airing and they have only revealed 5 out of 7 of the deadly sins. This means that two unknown members of the deadly sins are spoiler alerts. For example- spoiler[There is a character in the show named Hendrickson and he's currently the antagonist with no hint thus far of being a member of the deadly sins and yet his name is listed.]

Hands down this is absolutely massive, a main character never gets this few votes, and for a side character to get twice the amount of votes of everyone else combined is simply insane. However King is the best character by far, genius weapon design.

The list is only characters within the show itself, it isn't based on whether the character is a Deadly Sin member or not. |

Note that the popularity contest was run based on the manga which has already completed the first arc. The first arc will probably make up the entire two cour anime'.

Wow this is probably the first time I every agreed with one of these polls but yeah from what I've read thus far (I finished the first arc but didn't really bother to keep up.) King is definitely the best character the series has to offer (even if his back story is a little hokey and sappy but hey, I've seen and liked sappier.)
As a side note I never really liked Hawk...or Meliodas that much... rather than charming or funny they kind of came off as somewhat obnoxious to me. |

I laughed out loud, this was unexpected! For once the innocently-in-love-guy-type trumps the pervy-boob-grabber-guy-type and ditzy-klutz-types. Scratch that, kicks their asses. So refreshing.
