Honestly... Arcsys is now dead to me. 
This so very easily could have just been a $15 DLC add-on...

This isn't exactly something new that they just started doing, or something that just Arcsys does. I mean, look at all the other fighting games that get a full retail enhanced rerelease.
Anyways, didn't know that there was a PS4 version coming out. May look into that.

True, but this is a very minimal upgrade compared to the rest of any given example.

For a second I thought the new scenario was only going to be on the Vita. If that had happened, I was have held off on CP Extend since it would be getting an Extender edition after that. lol
