Finally. Might be almost a week late for the announcement but I'm glad CR also got this. Kinda sucks about the delay stream though.

I thought they had already began streaming on Crunchyroll. That explains the awkward translations when I watched last week's episode.

I was sure I saw an article here a couple of weeks ago that CR will stream the anime within hours of the Japanese airtime. Odd. Weirder still is that 2-weeks delaycast, that is quite the gap from airtime-to-stream.

Are you sure it wasn't Daisuki?

Hey, with this happening, we still might have a small chance that Dog Days " gets released on CR beyond its Asian exclusivity.

The 2-week delay must be at the request of the Japanese studio to encourage people to use Daisuki, who they are partnered with. It would explain why it has taken them so long to announce it (since they were probably in negotiations over the license and delay). CR hasn't uploaded any episodes yet, so you must have been watching the Daisuki version or fansubs.

Good, finally the announcement I've been waiting for...
I watched Episode 1 on Daisuki and it was an okay experience. The subs weren't very good, not as good as Crunchyroll's. And the comments section was weird - just a pull-down sort of thing.
I'm so relieved Crunchyroll will stream KnB S3 too. I do wonder why the delayed announcement though.

Perhaps the publisher wanted time to look over the streaming numbers for the first episode on Daisuki before making their decision.

My thoughts exactly. I was getting worried. And I heard Daisuki's translations weren't as good.

I only use Daisuki unless there's no other option, so I'm quite happy to wait. I'm just glad CR is still getting it because Daisuki is a pain to use.
