I fell down a rabbit hole and ended up at Kei Kusunoki. I noticed two of her works didn't have vintage dates so I started looking at her joint work with her sister, Little Shop of K & M (manga#3913)
What I've figured out so far, is that this isn't a manga at all, but a drama CD, or series of CDs, released in 1988. I can't find any information that an actual book exists. If nothing else, it can be quarantined (like a live action or cancelled production) so it doesn't appear on the main lists, which would also make it clear it is an audio drama.
