 I was not expecting euphoria to make it over here at all
Will eden* plus mosaic be sold at the same time as eden* and will it be umm.. minus the mosaic?

I agree your choice but I have played quite a few VNs were the..."hentai" did add to the story. So for me, it depends on the game.

Me neither. Though it's worth noting that the bloody/gory scenes are mostly confined to 'bad ends', and the sex scenes are optional.
Story-wise, it is definitely one of the better eroges out there.

euphoria is an interesting pick. Most people came for the violence and gore, but stayed for the story, which is quite a mind screw. Most will not figure out what the hell's going on until the last act. They will also not figure out which one IS the last act.

the Euphoria h-anime certainly left me confused. and mildly disturbed at what I managed to watch
