According to Wikipedia: "It is non-centralized so it cannot be easily shut down and it supports multiple source "swarm" downloading."
So I take it that whenever one of these arrests are done, it's just one of countless uploaders, not necessarily whoever put it online to begin with? |

Some of them have been employed, but it leans heavily toward the unemployed. When you think about the scarcity of actual free time your typical Japanese worker has, that might explain why the unemployed are more likely to be participating in these activities. |
