I'd vote for Winter Bell. It has a modest yet effective outfit and clearly incorporates the theme. That white hair also looks amazing! I really do hope it gets picked.

I like Taran Miku paired up with the Lily of the Valley rabbit. The Winter Bell one is nice, but that green reminds me of Spring more than Winter, and I find the Snow in Summer has a weird color scheme with that pale yellow mixed in. The milkmaid one is fine, just a little typical. ^^;
Edited to specify *which* of the two Lily of the Valley designs I liked.

I like the second one. The first one looks far too "girl of the alps"/ european in my opinion.

My favorite one is the second one, Snow in Summer. I really like the color scheme and the design details are really neat.
The first one, the milk maid, really has Frozen's Anna written all over it. The design is nice, but a little too generic for my taste.
The third one, I like the design but I can't really call it suitable for winter. Bare shoulders for winter, are you serious? Maybe the designer was having winter fairy in his/her mind when creating, so perhaps cold does not bother this snow fairy Miku. Again, not so wintery feel in the design.
The Taran one is nicely designed, but I think the design used too many elements, so there's no specific characteristic on it.
For Yukine's design I really like the last two. I think I'm gonna pick the last one, though. Simple and nice.

Yes, a few of them did look like Nordic-themed Frozen mania has set in.
(Now, an Elsa-inspired Miku, OTOH... )

Well, Taran's does look more like a Miku costume, and less like something out of girls-preschool cartoons. I liked the Anna one, m'self.

Do Lilly-of-the-valley grow in Hokkaido in winter? Knowing that Hokkaido has winters similar to Siberia in fact, does any plant grow outside there in winter then? I was rooting for the Kise design as it looked very similar to a Welsh traditional costume minus the wide brimmed laced bordered hat. I wonder how many knew that Lilly-of-the-valley is a very deadly poison.

Which has nothing to do with Hokkaido........
The goal of the contest was to have a design that was reflective of Hokkaido and it's culture.

But yet was picked as a finalist nomination.
