Snow Miku 2015 Design Contest Finalists Revealed

The finalists for the 2015 Snow Miku costume design contest have been chosen, with voting to take place tomorrow. This year's theme was "Plants of Winter in Hokkaido," and fans were asked to submit designs for both Hatsune Miku and her rabbit friend Yukine.

Here are the four Snow Miku finalists.

"snowmiku" by kise. The hair ornaments are inspired by the Japanese Rowan tree.

~Snow Miku 2: ~snow-in-summer~ by Imoko Chuko. Inspired by the Cerastium tomentosum "snow-in-summer" flower.

Winter Bell by Anmitsu. Inspired by the Convallaria majalis "Lily of the Valley" flower.

Snow Miku 2015 by Taran. Inspired by Lily of the Valley, snow drop, and birch flowers, as well as the Japanese Rowan tree.

Here are the four finalists for Yukine.

2015 Rabbit Yukine by Daida. Inspired by strawberries and cherries.

Gentle Yukine by Magu. Inspired by lilacs.

Lily of the Valley Yukine by Hayuki. Inspired by Lily of the Valley flowers.

Flower Lace Yukine by Yuna.

The winning designs will be selected via fan survey tomorrow during a live broadcast on Niconico from 7-9PM JST (6-8AM EST).
