Replacement discs for the collectors' edition BD?
why? was there an issue with it?

I'm not sure if this is the particular issue referred to but I remember someone pointing out there was two or three frames in episode 2 of the bluray that glitch out. I didn't notice it at all myself, and even when I went looking for it barely noticed much of a difference.

Not that detrimental of a glitch imo, so I won't trade my disc in. Nothing as bad as those Panty & Stocking discs anyway.

Yeah, both box-sets had had a singular episode each with split-second distortion. There may have been slight issues with the extras layout design within the first set's blu-rays menu (although that might be another Anime Limited title). All in all, it's something that only the most pedantic fan would care about. Personally, I have no interest in getting my current disks replaced.

I was a little worried for a sec there, I bought both BD sets when they were released but haven't watched them yet.
