Very glad to hear Funi has acquired the home video rights to the show.
 I guess the last question to be answered is will there be a dub and if so will the bang zoom VA's get a chance at voicing their characters.

Yeah i'm kind of hoping the voice actors from the game are able to do this one.

Now all they need to do is announce home rights for Danganronpa and BlazBlue and the video game trilogy will be complete.
Heck, maybe they'll even get that Bayonetta movie, who knows? |

Yeah I really hope Funi manages to get Bang zoom to do the dub. I really like the dub for the games so hopefully the anime gets the same VAs
|

I'm not very familiar with the games, but the anime was fun and I'd like to have it on Blu-ray. I wonder if the dub will have the voices from the games even though I don't really know them very well.

If I had to guess they probably won't use the Bang Zoom actors. They very rarely out source dubs to other studios. I guess they could give the game VA's a chance to come to Texas and dub the characters but I don't know if it is even worth the money they would get paid to make a trip from California to Texas just to get the pay for one performance. |

Wooo The more Hyperdimension Neptunia the better. Loved playing through the video games, and enjoyed watching the anime the first but for whatever reason have tried to rewatch twice but I never complete it
 Regardless defiantly gonna buy this.

Hyperdimension Neptunia may not be a big name like, say, Slayers, Hellsing, or Black Lagoon, but Funimation brought back the original casts for those. If there's enough demand, they should consider reuniting the cast for this one, as well as Danganronpa and BlazBlue when (if?) the time comes for them. tl;dr - Melissa Fahn as Neptune, Erin Fitzgerald as Noire, Tara Platt as Vert, and Wendee Lee as Blanc, or no purchase. |

Oh I 100% agree that Funimation could and SHOULD allow the original VA's to do the dub. The problem is Funi seems to have a phobia of allowing outside VA's to dub their shows. One big shining hope that it will happen is that Funi and NISA have done some cooperation with the anime and game. I hope that means they will market this release to the game fans and get the VAs form the game. Also it does seem Funi is starting to allow more out of house people to dub for them just look at Attack on Titan as a good example. I wouldn't say I will not buy the release without them in it but it would be a big bummer. I don't think I could get use to new actresses for the girls especially for Neptune, Nepgear, and Plutia. Melissa Fahn is to awesome for anyone else to play Neptune. Cherami Leigh is the perfect mix of cuteness and terror for Plutia/Sadie. Nepgears actress Christine Marie Cabanos has quickly become a favorite of my so while I could see some other Funi actress doing Nepgear's voice I would be really sad if they did. If it is a brand new cast I probably still buy it and give the dub a try and if I don't like it I am fine with the japanese cast to just watch it subbed. |

Cool. Gonna get this when it comes out. Hopefully they include the ova as well. And keep the video game dub actors.

Id rather have this come from NISA, since the put out the games, but I am fine with this.
Look forward to Danganronpa being announced, but I have my doubts someone picks up Blazblu, I liked it, but it was kind of a let down. |

ta-da the neptunia anime get dvd-blu ready from funi?
yet ask on dub give wonder can we whole dub cast back for it mix some few some with some other being funi dub voice? give since anime is also another story & spoiler[alternate universe] wait & hear til dub cast reveal? |
