Maybe i'm just stating the obvious here but isn't it strange that no one tried on the tail first before calling it a dud? Perhaps it didn't work because it wasn't attached to anyone? After all from what i've seen Escha's tail doesn't just move, it reacts as if it were apart of her own body. So it would stand within reason that it didn't move because it needed a host to properly merge with it before doing so.

Basically, in the games there are usually barrels scattered around in which the characters from your party shout "Barrel!" when you tried to interact with it. Nothing significant, just a nice little touch. |
It's been around pretty much since day 1 I think. A nice little surprise for the jRPG gamer's initial response of "intro is done, I can control my character now, let's loot the place!" ... "BARREL!"
On one hand I wished they did something more direct with it but that's be really hard to work into the show and not feel forced.
Ep 4 -
Yeah, I think that even with skipping Wilbel, Nio, Linca, Marion and Harry's backgrounds viewers are going to be ok. They're doing a fantastic job in making available what's important about the characters. I think I might be over-sensitive about this sort of thing anyway since I had the same worry with Neptune and it turned out just fine.
I'd say "filler episode" but can you really have a filler ep in a slice-of-life series? I did love the bit with the rogue tail though. It went on a bit long but I felt the animals matched well. As for Duke and the boss... I guess the world just isn't ready.
Next ep we get Lucille. I didn't even do all her story but the good news is more Lucille means more of those adorable homunculi. The Arland series ones amusing and all and all but nothing beats those loveable little communication-inept critters.

They released the episode rather late this week.
Wonder what happened?
Anyway, I'm glad it's finally out.
Escha was pretty hyper this time ^^
Even more than usual.
The new apprentice is cute and really helpful.
Those rabbit like things are so adorable ^^
Guess their apprentice turned out to be in need of help as well.
Nice episode.

The latest episode was my least favorite imo. I think all the supporting characters in this show will play a role to progress the overall style of the story. But to me, the latest one wasn't exactly a girl I'll remember for a long time.

You never notice just how petite Marion is until you get that bar scene.

Episode 05
Ahem....
Mr. Logy....
WHAT IS IT THAT YOU ARE NOT TELLING US!?
Whatever it is, please don't hurt Escha's feels. ;.; She cares about you!

Wonder what's the mystery of Escha's mother?
Hope we'll learn more about that.
Another apple related request.
Well, at least they are helping people.
I kinda miss those dungeon adventures.
The food contest was kinda fun ^^
Escha always seems like an airhead, but she's pretty smart.
Nice episode.

Episode 6: Another filler, maybe not since they follow the events in the game. Damn sword girl can eat. After the credit, the main antagonist appears.
Next week introduces Linca's drunken sister oh well.

Interesting episode this time.
The whole Linca thing was weird, but fun ^^
I had two theories going on.
One that she had a clone or twin.
The other that she had a split personality.
Damn, a whole bunch of Linca's!
Didn't expect that... there go my theories..
The auditor just added more problems to the pile.

Episode 7
I knew there was something different, and it was not till they were directly comparable that I noticed the different eye colours.
It must be the season for white haired girl clones with the same name but different personalities. Okay it makes two.

Is it finally adventure time?
I sure hope so since they have free time now ^^
Winbell certainly stormed in with a tempting offer.
Of course she had an ulterior motive LOL
That fire spirit sure turned up the heat ^^
The hot spring offered some fan service.
Nice episode.

That was a little more fanservice than I'd expect from you, show. ಠ_ಠ
Either Escha's armor holds her in...or she goes up two cup sizes when she puts just a towel on. >_>
WHY DO YOU LOOK LIKE THAT AT AGE FIFTEEN!?
The ending was amusing though. I was hoping we'd get to see the guys too I got my wish.

I really don't think Linca's breasts should be that large. I mean, you look at her in her normal outfit and they look pretty modest.
Makes me sad.

Large breasts make you sad?
...
So, like, did you piss off some Gypsy and get put under a heinous curse or something?
