Any more than that and it wouldn't make much sense. Attack on Titan is known for having a very high death rate, so this doesn't surprise me.
These escape games are something that I would love to see exist in America. I've always dreamed of something like this... |

Get employed by a sizable corporation and become an executive. Companies do executive "team building" exercises like this frequently, except that the exercises are usually lame. This one sounds fun. |

I'd think that the series manga/anime survival rate could be as low as 5%. The good thing is that they aren't actually dying because an actual game like this would be frowned upon and unconscionable in many parts of the world. |
