Because it's a children's show with no pre-existing international notoriety (at least in the western Anglosphere) or weird adult fanbase. Other than long-existing merch properties like Beyblade, Pokemon and Yu-Gi-Oh!, it's rare to see anyone marketing anime to kids anymore in the west.
