We secured ours. So now we're all set. Now once we start the new fiscal budget in June, I'll have to order additional copies.

Just pledged mine, as well as the first two.

I also pledged for the last boxset of Creamy Mami as well.

Mami's still bleepin' show, btw. It needs $7,500 to go, but only has 5 days left to do it.

I actually put in $25 less for Mami #4 because I didn't want four copies of the poster. I thought that I'd go for the illustration set this time. It might have been nice to get my name in all four sets, but not at the cost of a fourth poster. ^^

I've got my fingers crossed for Mami, and I'll put in another $30 for Dear Brother soon...

Awesome! I hope it's able to reach its goal. I will definitely be pledging.

Any word on when the first two boxes will be shipped? I can't wait to own them.

Don't forget about the Osamu Tezuka crowdfundings.

They both have 9 days to reach their goals. The Tezuka Animation Basics book is going to need 175 people pledging $20 to reach it's goal. The Message from Tezuka gift set still needs $4,145 to reach its goal.

Also AnimeSols has a preview of the second DVD set cover for Creamy Mami

Yeah, those Tezuka sets literally have not moved since like a day or two after they went up. The initial people pledged and no one else has.

Creamy Mami is down to three days now, with its current total at $10,895. In addition, Dear Brother is close to $5,000. And those Tezuka merch crowdfunders have less than 9 days left.

Update: Sols is saying it in a nicer way than myself, but is basically agreeing with me that if you slackers let Mami fail like you did with Yumi, then they'll give up the Pierrot Mahou Shoujo crowdfunding thing entirely. That means no chance in hell of a Fancy Lala or Tokyo Mew Mew rescue, or maybe even finally getting Sugar Sugar Rune on R1 DVD.

We need to find at least 7 Creamy Mami fans who want a Magical Star package. Those procrastinators always make me bite my nails. Perhaps it's time that Animesols sends another mass email.

I'll just add that no one else is likely to pick up a show like Mami, because magical girl anime has a horrible sales history here.

And AnimeSols pretty much confirms that. Well, if they were more noticeable as a site things may be different.

FFS, stop making shit up. They've been reported on for almost a year now by most major anime sites. It's condescending fans who choose to ignore them.

So I will emphasize the following again: If Mami fails, then Tokyo Mew Mew and Sugar Sugar Rune are also toast. Not even Discotek and Sentai will give them a thought, because they know the demand isn't there at Sols.

You have a strange attitude about Anime Sols. This is just my impression, but I thought it was obvious that even a lot of the people who would visit anime websites wouldn't be interested in anime from the '70s or '80s. You seem to think the project is under some kind of attack.

I can say I haven't supported very many of the projects that have been available just because I haven't enjoyed those particular shows very much.
