I wonder if this will get released here. I'm amazed that she was able to work on 2 stories at once.

One story. Her others have all finished.

He's referring to Aoi Hana and Wandering Son which did run concurrently. But that's hardly unusual -- Shuzo Oshimi has at least two series going right now, Nico Tanigawa three and I can't even keep track of all Douman Seiman's works.
As for whether this'll get released here, on the one hand Shueisha=Viz and Viz has a line dedicated to Shoujo; but if Viz passes on the series, no one else will touch it.

Huh, I was just watching Aoi Hana! I've only got two episodes left and have been enjoying it greatly and Wandering Son is one of my top priorities for the next manga I should read.
I'm hoping that after they finish releasing Wandering Son, Fantagraphics will do Aoi Hana next so I can continue the story. I love short shows, but it's frustrating when they don't contain the whole story.

Kinda sorta... Both the Watamote Spinoff, and Numbers Girl are only 4koma manga, so that requires a TON less work than a normal series.
Even for Shuzo Oshimi: Mari is a monthly with 16-20 page-count for most chapters, and even then the layout and paneling are very very basic.
