I think the title should be "Recently, My Sister has been Acting Unusual". Or did Japan give the wrong English title AGAIN?

Crunchyroll's plot description sounds downright passive-aggressive:
Quote: | The latest entry in the “my little sister” genre, Recently, My Sister is Unusual is based on an original manga written and illustrated by Mari Matsuzawa. As usual, the story features a younger sister named Mitsuki Kanzaki who goes to live with her step-brother Yuya Kanzaki after her mother remarries. |
I can't help but read that last sentence as, "As usual you people make us spend good money on creepy shit like this. I can't believe I have to write a plot description about some sister wanting to bone her brother for the third time this year. Seriously, is McDonald's hiring?"

There's actually nothing wrong with "Recently, my sister is unusual." Though, I would personally use the word "weird" or "bizarre" depending on how serious it is.

It's almost like they know no sane American (otaku or otherwise) would even think of an incest show as a good way to waste time. Hell, that kind of thing isn't even acceptable in mainstream Japan, where showing little boy dicks on national TV was acceptable for decades (if it wasn't, Shin Chan would've been forced off the air years ago).

Glad it's been picked up for streaming and available in UK, my second most anticipated series of winter.
