Previews make it so much better than the first season. Heck, that recent single OVA episode alone was better than the entire first season.

Jugs  Well the first show was only nice to fap too so i'm hoping this one will be more fun but so far the JUGs are making me think this will have nothing but Fan service but as long as i can see more fan service with Himegami ill be a happy Panda

I don't recall the first season being uncensored on AT-X, so I think this is another to wait for the BD fansubs

There probably will be; an OVA, some mini Shorts or extended Director's Cut footage of select episodes seems to be a standard practice with these boob shows.
If it really is only 10 episodes it's possible the reason was to have a higher budget per episode. Hiraku Kaneko doesn't like to skimp out on boob animation. So if the fanservice quality is better in 10 episodes than it would be in 12, I doubt most fans would complain

the manga is published by Kadokawa, and its listed as 10 episodes on Amazon.jp.

I don't think there is a single ecchi series that has realistically animated boobs. They use this...bizarre caricature of breast physics where boobs are large thin bags of water attached to the chest at exactly one incredibly small point which are capable of repelling gravity (and appear to possess absolutely zero inertia or air resistance), when boobs are really more large fleshy sacks of fat that are anchored to the chest.
So they act nothing like real boobs, and thus they end up looking more grotesque than actually attractive. Even when they have budget, they don't go for more realistic motions.

Boobs act boringly in real life, unless they're Hitomi Tanaka's. I'm glad anime fetishizes them in an unrealistic fashion that's more entertaining to stare at.

Yeah, looks like even the animation and the coloring got a boost from the new staff (like I think even the easily noticeable hair shading improvement for example).
