Hey people,
Im doing a school project and I would very much like it If i could get your views on your favorite type of Anime! Weather it be Otaku Type Anime or Action or Historical then please let rip on ur answers. If you Like Naruto then go ahead and say or if you like anime like Steamboy or Kino's Journey then please say I have to do Primary research AKA my own information Thanks. |

What the hell do you think we've been talking about all these years? Instead of asking everyone to just keep repeating themselves over and over for your own personal amusement, why don't you get up off your ass and do your own data mining with the thousands upon thousands of threads and personal ratings lists that already cover nearly every angle you could possibly desire? It's all there, and all it takes to make use of it is putting some personal effort into your own damn report instead of asking us to do it for you. Back when I was in school the internet was much harder to access and didn't have nearly as much information, but we still managed to dig up our own damn data and put together our own damn report without asking others to do it for us. Why on earth you would need to make a post like this when you already have it so much easier than the last generation is quite beyond my ability to comprehend. I'm really getting sick of all these "I have a school paper to write but I'm a lazy jerk who would rather not do my own research so I'm asking you folks to regurgitate everything you've said since you got here." threads lately.

I don't mind people asking for help or participation in school projects they want to do for anime, but you'll have to make a better opening statement than this. To start, you could try using proper spelling and grammar. If English is not your first language, please tell us next time. No one will take you serious if you can't present yourself in a coherent manner.
Also, how about telling us why you're doing a topic on anime. How is it relevant to anything? What class is this for? How much depth are you putting into the consideration of so many different genres? Why does it matter on what genres we like? What's your favorite genre and why? How does our preference make any kind of difference as to how your paper will turn out? At least try to make us curious enough to want to particpate by being a little more detailed, rather than just saying "hi, I need help for a paper and want to know what kind of genres you all prefer and why, period." It's also not very nice to tell people to get lost when they've already given you a tip (albeit a tip that will involve a lot of work from your side, but it's better than nothing). Good luck on your paper. |
