there is a site in which it is good. it is called legacy nexus-at legacynexus.com,and there you can create an "RPG' character while when you post you earn credits in which you use to upgrade your character and it's weapons...it is also a forum, so the more you post, the higher level your character gets. the forum has many different categories, much more than this site, so you should go there and sign up...oh yes, and it includes an anime message board as well as a manga one, but it also has many video game message boards...everyone should check it out.
