If it's a Kanto story, why is Lance there? He's a Johto character. Unless he's in a "To be continued..." segment?

Um, no. Lance was fought just before Blue when you challenged the Elite Four in Red/Green/Blue/Yellow.

What I want to know is who in the Hell this Reina character is.

Actually I started with Yellow, but never beat the game. Got all 8 badges, but stopped before the Indigo Plateau. I still have traumatic memories of forgetting to save after picking my fossil and getting ambushed by Jessie and James.

I'm guessing a childhood friend. Doesn't look like Green's elder sister.

Edit: I was wrong all the way. She's a worker at the abandoned Pokemon house in Lavender Town.

That was Yui Ishikawa? Wow, Attack on Titan left a massive impression on me and I didn't even notice it was her. Blinded by nostalgia...

Half way don and do far it's been enjoyable even slightly gruesome at times. I did get the later half spoiled from a reaction video.
