Best I could manage or if you have the third tin (Red one) or know someone who has it ask to borrow it, since the front cover is just of that image. I could post a picture later tonight when I get home of my tin if you need it. But that won't be until 9 or 10 PST. Delta |

no big rush..... not like I'm going to be able to get inked tonight LOL! I still haven't decided where i want it... I just want it to be sharp enough that the artist can trace it on. The guy is good, but only as good as the source |

This is semi OT, but I've been toying for the last five years with getting an anime tattoo.
Every time I have settled on an image, I see another show, or read another manga, and plot out new ink. The only two characters I've kept at the top are Katsuragi Misato from NGE and Lum from Urusai Yatsura. I'm not heavy (or really at all) into tattoo, but would like to hear from others that have (or are thinking about) making fandom permanent. |

I've always thought that the symbol would make a great tatoo. Where would you get it though? It's placement would be significant to your personality.

I decided to go ahead and trace the screencap... didn't come out too bad. I created it at 3x3 @ 300dpi, but shrunk it down to post
darn it! ANN's spam filters are not letting me post the image because the URL is a dot INFO instead of a dot COM... |

Wow, that's really cool that you decided to get an ouroborous tattoo^^ In my roleplay I'm a homunculus, so I was thinking about getting an ouroborous too if it still meant anything to me when I was older. Mine's on my right shoulder.
If you need any help rendering the image or anything, I'm pretty good with Photoshop and could do a vector for you or something.... |

My best friend got an ouroborus tattoo a few months ago, and asked me to draw it out for him.
I found a low-res image through a quick google search then I used IllustratorCS to trace it out so we could play with the size and colour more easily. We ended up tweaking the star inside, trying out a few combinations 'til we found one we liked. He opted for a blood red sign between his shoulder blades, and it looks pretty good. If you have access to the program, or have a friend who does, try retracing it yourself. You're going to find you have a bit more flexibility with the design. |

At Nekocon this year there was this one girl, one of the staffers, that dressed up as Lust. She had the utfit similar to Lust's, hers was 2 pieces instead of one, but the most bitchin part was her tatoo. You guys know the tatoo that Lust has right on her upper chestbone. You can see it due to her dress being lower cut. This girl has the same damn thing. She had it in the same spot and everything. It was a tatoo and not some paint either. That was pretty sweet. Of course she also has really big tits and the corset top she had barely held them in, when she would show the tatoo to people it was so hard not to look down It was a cool tatoo though. That's some dedication to a character heh
