Hi, i'm new here. which anime should i'd watch first?
Tokyo Underground or E's Otherwise?or which one is batter?

You're going to get a really biased answer from me, who hates mainstream ultra-long series like Bleach and Naruto.

For starters, go for Fullmetal Alchemist. Then please consider Ouran High School Host Club, Zero no Tsukaima, or Rozen Maiden. You won't be disappointed.

Fixen, dont try to convert somebody who likes something that you dont, into your kind of anime, be like me and like EVERY GENRE EQUALLY!!!!!!!

and for this question....if you like Bleach and what-not i'd go for Tokyo Underground first, because i found it an okay series with pretty cool action and some funny situations, then watch E's Otherwise which had a slightly mysterious and conspiracy feel rather than straight fighting, however it was pretty good to some extent too with its psychic look on things

I haven't seen E's Otherwise, but I have seen Tokyo Underground and I would think that you would like it. Its a lot like Bleach, funny with nice special effects and a few serious plot twists. Acctully its a lot like a Bleach/Love Hina cross. Anyway I saw it and I thought it was pretty good, so you should probably check it out.
