I just finished watching Azumanga Daioh and now I need some help. I haven't decided what anime I wanted to watch yet. Here are some suggestions...
Samurai 7 Finish up watching Samurai Champloo Green Green Ergo Proxy Blood + Love Hina Those are ones I want to finish, along with some more. Tell me either by PM or responding to this post. If you have new anime to suggest, I'll be more than happy to hear them. |

so i guess I shouldn't have made this post then? This was one of the few times I wanted other people's input in helping me decide what I should watch. I heard that all of the titles mentioned in my first post were good and wanted to be recommended to what I should watch first.

I'm sorry but you won't get much attention as everyone here knows this topic is going to get locked.
First of all your opener was bad. All you did was mention that you just finished AzuDai and then go and list a bunch of anime that have absolutely no similarities. I don't know what anime you've seen, what you like and why, so I wouldn't know what to recommend. It would've been better if you followed the guidelines in this topic. But right now they aren't allowing recommendations topics anyway and you can find the reason why in that same topic right here. Read Zac's post. Good luck with the anime search though, both the topic that I posted and the one LydiaDianne posted are really good at general help for finding anime to watch. |

Yeah. And I have no clue when he'll allow them again. I would guess sometime this month, but I haven't heard anything. As for the recommendations, please PM the author if you're that willing to help. Just to throw this out there. Of those listed, I'd go with Ergo Proxy. It's great science fiction with some superb psychological writing, particuarly in episodes 12 and 21 (Anthropic Principal and Dissociative Identity Disorder). It's dark and possibly boring if you're not a dialogue person. But to tell you the truth, it's been a while since I've enjoyed something as peculiar as this. Everything from the artwork, music, and script just mesh together extremely well. Highly recommended if you're a fan of the Ghost in the Shell movies. |
