As I live in Great Britain Manga is terribly scarce, and so the city in which I live has only one specialist shop that sells manga.
I can from time to time get issues of Shonen Jump, and like all of the manga in it apart from Shaman King and I find Hikaru No Go a tad boring.
I currently own:
Bobobo bobobobo
Reborn!
Naruto 1-6
Yuyu Hakusho 1
Shaman King 1
One Piece 1 and 2
Dragonball 1-16
Dragonball Z 1-26
Astro Boy 6
Sailor Moon 1 (A bit feminine?)
Kingdom Hearts 1 and 2 (Again a tad boring)
Case Closed 1
Beet the Vandel Buster 1
Bleach 1
Sandland
Yu-gi-oh! 1-7
Yu-gi-oh! Duelist 1 and 2 (A bit boring since all they do is play cards now)
Dr.Slump 1
Anyway, I like comedy-based manga, but not sports-manga (Generally) I am also open to Tokyopop manga reccomendations.
I would also prefer some slightly more "Mature" titles, as I would like to broaden my manga-reading range and tastes.
Thank-you very much.

GTO is the funniest manga you will ever read. It's about a gangster who decides to become a teacher.
Mature manga? Best stuff you can get. Berserk is brilliant...easily my favorite. It's a medieval fantasy/revenge story. Eden and Monster are both excellent as well.

Haha, how'd I know you'd recommend Berserk?
I'll agree that it's a very good series, but it just seems so much more violent and different than anything else the OP put down I don't know that I'd recommend it.
@CallumBakerSince you've put down a whole load of Shounen Jump stuff, you may want to check out the Rurouni Kenshin manga, as it seems just what you'd be looking for. In some ways it's similar to other SJ stuff you've read (Naruto, DB, etc.) but I'd say it's a more mature series than those.
In addition, Yotsuba&! I found to be an excellent comedy manga, by the same person who did Azumanga Daioh (if that helps). Also, the Nausicaa manga would be worth your while to look into, it's many times better than the movie, really fleshing out and developing the story into an epic adventure.
As someone else who lives in GB I know how hard it is to find specific manga in shops, but there's a lot more variety if you shop online (and it's cheaper too).

How about Hellsing. You read naruto so, the best way to sum up Hellsing is that it's like a modernized version of Naruto. Swords, acient weapons, etc. are replaced with guns. It's a gunslinger show with a lot of blood.

Berserk is outside the current scope of his tastes, which appears to be what he's looking for.
