Which Japanese male seiyuu has the most leading roles? For female, I think it's [Hayashibara] Megumi. Also, the same except for female American seiyuu. For American male, I believe it's Johnny Bosch (including his alias of Kevin Hatcher) with 18 leading male character roles.
Also, why did they make Gendou's [from Evangelion?] line silent? With the exception of having us having years of tiredly guessing what he said, it doesn't make much sense. [EDIT: Made the topic a little more specific and added some names in your post. -TK] |

Pardon my ignorance, I may have missed something but who's Gendo and what anime is he from? |

Gendo is from Neon Genesis Evangelion- he's Shinji's father. Aside from that, I've got no idea what he means- care to specify where in the show the silent line you speak of is, CL? |

It's from the movie, End of Evangelion. Here's a thread that goes through some of it. |

It assume that counts all roles though, not just leads. |

True, but it certainly is a start. Not to knock Ctimene's Lover or anyone else but Johnny Bosch hasn't been doing VA work for very long and hasn't even made it to that list at all. So I would say that someone else has had more leading male roles than him. |
