HELP! Title for a movie

More than 10 years ago, I saw an anime film (and because of the drawings, i would say it was japanese), about 2 domestic squirrels in town, that they manage to get away and start and adventure to arrive to the mountains where more FREE squirrels live. In their way they pass many dangers, like a falcon, dog, etc. etc.

I don't remember very well because of the pass of time, but i'm quite sure it was a movie and not a tv serie (because of the film long).

Any help would be appreciated.
