Now that I've read the premise I'm actually a little curious about this. That being said this show really doesn't look like my cup of tea.

I believe this show already exists, its called Rozen Maiden. You also have unbreakable machine doll, and if you want to get into non human dolls you have kamisama dolls. And then there's at least another 50 manga with similar premises.

Sounds more like a moe version of Yu-Gi-Oh!, to be honest. Still, I'm kinda interested, and I wouldn't be surprised if some merch company else saw the similarities and tried to get tie-ins to come in stateside a la Pokemon or Bakugan.
