What is the difference between these two Outlaw Star Dvd's sets?

Dragonxtc hit it right on the head, as far as the differences go.
I will however bring up the point that there is nothing to worry about with the Anime Legends Collections put out by Bandai. The only real difference(aside from packaging) is that the Anime Legends sets may come with less special features(although the only ones I've actually watched seem to be just more copies of the original DVDs), and that the AL ones costs less. In short, if you just want the series, and don't care much about the collectability aspect, you should probably go with the AL(it's a bit cheaper, easier to find, for most properties, but doesn't look quite as spiffy). If you do care about the looks and collectability, you'll likely go with the original release. Just a side note, I like to go for the original, but when it's $10.00 or more cheaper than the original, the AL gets an edge(so I have that $10.00 or so to spend on more anime ![]() Thanks. ![]() |

The artbox is pretty flimsy though, more like paper than cardboard, although it does look pretty nice being in black and gold.
