Wow, thanks for mentioning this. Right Stuf has a Kimagure Orange Road bundle of the TV DVDs for 124 right now, but this is much nicer. I was planning on renting the first DVD or two before making a final purchase, but heck, if I dislike it, I can probably sell it elsewhere for nearly the purchase price.

I can't imagine anyone not liking 'KOR' but if you did sell it you'd probaly even make a profit, lol.
Animeigo have a lot of great titles and if romance is your genre i'd also recommend 'Oh My Goddess'. Enjoy! |

I've had Ah! My Goddess for years upon years now. I've even got the VHS subbed version I bought in 1998 or so! I just regret that I bought the individual DVDs like a month before they came out with the new addition. I'm not paying $15 to upgrade, because that means I spent $45 on an item that only costs $30. It's not like I'm going to be getting any sort of quality television anytime soon anyway. And if I do, clearly I can afford to just go ahead and get the new version at that point. ^_-
I definitely agree that Animeigo has a lot of great titles (I also have Bubblegum Crisis and will be adding a few other titles evenually like Bubblegum Crash, Arcadia of My Youth and Otaku no Video). I love older anime. I'm the type of person that still has a silly hope that The Rose of Versailles will be picked up for NA audiences. I know it won't, but a girl can dream. And yes, I did got ahead and order Kimagure after approving the purchase with my husband (we're both anime fans). All of Kimagure. I just had to show him the rankings on ANN and he quickly agreed it was too good of a deal to turn down, and that we could always sell them if we didn't like them. |

Another great thing about this sale? Free Priority Mail. Yup. Ordered mine Sunday morning, and received it at about 11:30am today (Wednesday). Talk about blazing turn around. I couldn't believe Priority was one of the free shipping options.
