All of them. Bandai has said in the past that they have the license to everything Gundam and that it's not a question of IF but WHEN.

And don't forget that "SD Gundam Force" (that's what they call it in the Cartoon Network schedulebot, not "Superior Defender") starts Monday at 5PM

The SD Gundam Force is an American production - it's not related at all to the past SD Gundams. They have a couple of clips at cartoonnetwork.com. From the clips, it looks like they are aiming for a very young target audience. The show looks well done - its all cell shaded CGI. It looks good for what it is trying to do - it feels like an introductory Gundam show for the Pokemon age group.

Uh... How exactly does something that was produced and written by Sunrise and then dubbed into English become an "American production"?

The SD Gundam show coming to Cartoon Network is an American made show called Superior Defender (get it... SD Gundam?), and is not related to any SD Gundam productions in Japan. It is a brand-new show made just for Cartoon Network, and it is just a basic "good versus evil" show for children that Bandai is expecting to be their next Power Rangers. I got all this info from an issue of Anime Insider, you know, the one with Yu-Gi-Oh or someone from DBZ on the cover every month.

Exactly. the new show only stars Gundam robots that have appeared in America - from Wing, G Gundam, MSG, Char's Counterattack, etc.
Since the original MSG did not do so well on CN when it was first shown, maybe this show will be a good intro for classic MSG to young viewers. Maybe they will be interested in watching MSG afterwards because it also stars "Captain Gundam" from SD Gundam Force.

Bandai has a license to everything that is Gundam. Which is good but they haven't really talked to much about Turn a Gundam anad Gundam X being released in the U.S. Are they planning on releasing them any time in the near future?

It depends on how Seed does in America and if Bandai sticks to alternating between UC and AU. I could see Bandai releasing Double Zeta in 2005, Seed 2 in 2006, Victory in 2007, X in 2008, and Turn A in 2009. This is if Bandai sticks to one series a year and there are no problems that plagued Zeta.

Just finished watching SD Gundam. It was pretty good. The SD Zaku's rule. Question, if it was made for the US, then why did they list the japanese VAs in the credits?
