Not Newsworthy, so it goes here.
This Poster was posted on movie site Dark Horizon last week. Looks like a hoax to me, the Logo at the bottom is absolutely horrid, and the 20th Century Fox logo at the bottom right looks like it was pasted from another image. |

Yeah, it probably is fake. And even if it isn't it doesn't tell you jack about the movie.

AS LONG AS 20th Century Fox execs and such dont take influence of anysort from the chinese Dragonball movie im sure itll be fine. ...Eventhough a badly dubbed Goku and the gang and such would be pretty funny for the first 15 minutes or so.

Yeah... some parts of some of the movies are pretty ridicules, like the scene where, young Gohan is thinking about Piccolo. Then all of a sudden, the scene changes to him fallowing Piccolo around the Earth with singing pencils and stuff... weird. The poster itself looks cool to me, though.

This poster's a fake. I remember it making a few rounds a couple years ago, too, before getting shot down then.

I love how, over three years later, this complete fan-made Photoshop with a dodgy logo (DZB?) is still the closest thing to an official Fox live-action DBZ poster that you will see for a long time (or, quite possibly, ever), considering just how much Fox seems to have cooled on the idea of actually getting it made. |

I wonder how they are going to make this movie.

Keeping the rights in a vault, and then making a shitty one ala 90's fantastic four that mind you, never gets released, but is made so they can keep a hold of the license. |

One: that's the second ANIMATED film, which came out many a year ago. What was discussed here was for the Live Action movie, that was proposed some time ago. Two: What is it with you ressurecting three year old threads? Stop it! |

Odds are this film is never going to happen I even read a Q&A with an official from FOX saying he knew absolutlely about the rumored DBZ live action. It can stay in limbo along with other terrible anime to live action film ideas like the NGE live action as far as I'm concerned. I like both the shows in question but just don't see how they'd ever be good. Won't stop me from seeing them if they do get made though, I wouldn't mind being pleasantly surprised if it's actually good.

Probably around the time this thread was made. Why are there all these recent resurrection threads? |

I think someone photoshopped some Da Vinci Code promotional material and called it DBZ. And DBZ will probably happen after Ratner screws up X3.
