A second season?! Let's hope that it is as good as the first has been. I've really enjoyed this series. It's a twisted harem series Shocked Very Happy but the storyline is good. Looking forward to seeing what they come up with.

I gave up on it after seeing the first disc, discovering later that it was 60+ episodes long. Is it good enough to stick with it all the way through?

I wasn't sure at first myself, but I've stuck with it and right now with Vol. 7, it's left me at a place where I can't wait to see what happens next. The story line with Vols. 6 & 7 have just been terrific! But I have to wait until July 4th for the next DVD and too see what happens.

Give it a chance. It does work itself out. Whether it's good enough to stay the course until it ends...I have no idea, but I'll keep plugging along. After all, I've stuck with Inu Yasha!

Of course, it depends on what you mean by "good". I like fantasy adventure and really like satire directed at fantasy and anime conventions and am sticking with it. I only know a bit about the second season-but two things of interest to me :an explantion about Yuri's powers and we finally get to meet his older brother! Smile

In my opinion it goes strong right to the end, and is worth watching all the way through. But that's just my opinion ;3

I bought the first volumes and i am dedicated to collect the rest so i'm happy that GENEON will be releasing the rest of the season. It's a very fun anime about adventures.

I assumed we'd get the whole series all along.

Is it worth it? I pre-buy Kyo Kara Maoh, Saiyuki(Gunlock) & yaoi. Kyo Kara Maoh continues to be funny & exciting, How could anyone give up on it after one dvd? The take on fantasy is always interesting as things in our(Yuri's) world are the opposite-sharks eat plants, pandas & koalas are dangerous. And we get character development far from the usual in comedy--Wolfram started out a bratty hot-head but actually seems to care for Yuri & actually plans out how to protect him. The plot is revealed in pieces as though it's been there all along rather than "Oh, yeah, this is what we decided to add last week to the story". As of the latest dvd we've learned why Julia is so important to the plot, Ken turns out to be more than just a buddy in the human world, Conrart may be half-human, but very important in his way (though he's still mostly missing), & Adelbert's hatred for everyone, though demons more, has to do with hisrelationship to Julia. I loved the BearBees & the sheep were so funny fluffing up when they fell in the ocean(natural lifesavers?). My biggest gripe is the cliffhangers we always seem to get with the last ep of each dvd & the 2 month wait for the next one.

Amen!

Every.Single.Time! It get's to a really good part...annnddd...wait...**screams** I'm pretty sure who/what exactly Ken is (and that he is fully aware of who/what he is unlike Yuri) but like you said...we have to wait. **big sigh**

It keeps you wanting more right down to the very end of the series which has ended with 78 great episodes. Even as it starts to get more serious and darker it still gives us the random funnies that we all love so much. So yes I say its well worth sticking with and buying the whole series, but yeah take that for all its worth, I am just another fangirl.lol.
