For a school project, I will need a ridiculously bouncy and happy, UBER HYPER japanese song. You know, crazy girls who sound like 4 year olds with high voices singing bouncing lyrics and sound really high. I just need a few song names. It's for a montage project in Comptuer Class. Thanks in advance for helpin out!

One that comes to my mind is School Rumble 4ever, sung by the seiyuu (Voice Actors) of the anime School Rumble. It's a happy, bouncy, and hyper song, but I wouldn't say they sound like "4 year olds with high voices." Except maybe Tenma for a few seconds near the end.

That's great, but could u guyz post some more? We want lots of options so we can pick the best!
PS. that song was hilarious PSS. Also, ignore the 4 year old comment. THat wasnt really an accurate description of what I want. |

Heck ... why not something-- anything -- from Hinoi Team's first album?

Nice call on Hinoi Team. They're like pro karaoke or something, aren't they?
For lyrics to most anime songs, you can just head over to animelyrics.com for romanized and translated lyrics. It's a good resource. I'd suggest anything from Puffy AmiYumi's early catalog, or maybe Ringo Shiina. The Azumanga Daioh OSTs also have some fabulous (if sometimes short) vocal songs. CHAM's song in Perfect Blue would probably also fit the bill. Good luck! |

I'd say Morning Musume. Also, someone said early Puffy. I'd disagree and say current Puffy would be more accurate, expecially the songs Akai Buranko/Planet Tokyo, Teen Titans Theme, Hi Hi, and Into the Beach. I think all of them are on the Hi Hi Puffy AmiYumi soundtrack.

A great bouncy song is "Sakura Saku" from Love
Hina, sung by Megumi Hayashibara. Another anime to look at is 2 x 2=Shinobuden. The opening is titled "Shinobu Sanjou" and the ending is titled "Kurukurukurin" I think...both the OP and ED are sung by Kumano Kiyomi. |

I seem to remember this one anime with a really crazy theme, about a year ago. bright bold colors, and the main character was a crossdressing boy, who was surrounded by girls, (I think the world was post apocalyptic)

I'd suggest the Lucky Star opening theme song. Very up beat, and very high pitched. And its generally a fun song actually. I think it may be the song that covers all those bases perfectly.
