Allies Of A Bastard

In Bastard are there any supporting characters who team up with the main character to fight on the same side, and then either get thier own fight or fight at the same time as the main character but are important in the fight, like when in Ranma 1/2 where Shampoo, Mousse, Ryoga, and Ranma all fight Pantyhose Taro together?
