I wonder how she intends to manage all of these submissions. Since she's accepting English and Japanese applicants, that's gonna be a crazy amount of people.

Yeah, but the 'under 25' knocks it down quite a bit. Plus "a photo of the candidate" can weed out the fug-o's fast. |

I would think that someone as accomplished as Yoko Kanno would go for talent over image, but I guess that's just how it goes in the biz such a shame.

That's not the same lyricist who wrote for the ending theme for Ghost in the Shell is it? I liked the music, but the lyrics were just odd/what is going on and I wasn't that much into the male singer. Love Kanno though, not like that's a surprise.
