Man I need to hurry up and finish the first series and get to new testament, without spoiling anything, how awesome would you guys say it is compared to the first series?

It only gets better. That's all I will say. Especially what happens in Volume 3 & 4 for example.

With railgun being released here i hope some publisher releases it in the us!
but will have to wait and see.

Sorry, but Index is one of the series that has minimal chances of being released in the US. With 31 volumes (as of this month) and no guarantee that you'll make back your translation costs/time, it's a difficult sell to any of the publishers. You're likely to see 1/2 volume series instead due to the reduced risk of licensing/sales.
