It's about time that YTV got some titles from FUNimation.
The only thing that concerns me is that a majority of YTV's anime schedule (post 8 PM & excluding GitS) are all longer series. It seems like YTV won't be getting many teen anime for a while. My guess is that I only see YTV getting 2 series for teens this year (something to replace InuYasha when it ends at the end of the year, & something at midnight if they still want to get a mature title, which I don't know if it'll be a good thing or not). I'm excluding GSD from this, since I'm assuming that YTV WILL get it, or that they already DO have it, but haven't announced it yet.
Anyhow, the schedule change itself is great. Naruto didn't really fit with Bionix since it's edited. I'll be missing my early DBGT airing, since I didn't finish watching the series during its first run. Oh well.

While YTV hasn't exactly announced Pretty Cure yet, I would not be the least bit surprised if Pretty Cure gets the full "Sailor Moon treatment", in a prime afterschool slot on The Zone (and possibly an earlier airing at noon).
You can be damn sure that YTV's been waiting years for another series with the same general appeal as Sailor Moon, and, whatever the merits of Mew Mew Power and Magical Doremi (and whatever criticisms you might make about 4Kids' localizations of those two shows), they just didn't have the same breakout potential on YTV that Sailor Moon had and that I sense that Pretty Cure has.

In my opinon YTV needs Yu Yu Hasuko to keep the DB/Z/GT fans happy(I happen to be one).
One Piece has been repeating since it's start in the summer so take it off the air YTV get the airing rights for Yu Yu Hasuko bump Zatch Bell Up and have it at 7:30pm,have Naruto at 8 and Yu Yu Hasuko there.Ofcourse if it airs it would have to be a edited version.
But if the fued begins because "it's not edited enough".That's if it comes up agian then YTV should just forget Yu Yu.
But why is the Naruto Repeat in the Bionix Anime's Repeats?
Also Shadow Raiders returns to replace Reboot this week in Bionix.

Hey, Does anyone know what time Inuyasha will be moved to? Or will it stay at the same time, see, I'm from Alberta, so the time zone may different, so I could be messing it up.

Inuyasha remains in the same timeslot.

Considering it's age, length, and the fact that all the episodes have been dubbed, a weekday run would be the only real way to go (perferably not as late as the current 11:00 anime hour.)

The series should have an encore presentation, considering that 8:00 might be too early for some of the older Bionix audience.

Ya thats True it's old.But I think One Piece needs to be removed not jsut because it's horribley dubed it's the fact YTV seems not to really care(Which is nice because this dub is horrible but it still deserves to be atleast aired) about it at all.All repeats all the time.
Case Closed has like 430 episodes or somewhere near that.If YTV plans to air a Weekly 1 episode then we are going to be seeing it for years and years...
I know this is old but I still find it funny how Teletoon was offered FMA by Funimation and didn't want it...
But aparently it's share's are owned by Astral Media and Corus. So I guess none of them wanted competition.

Zatch Bell could replace it. (In my perfect possible schedule, there could be a "TV Tokyo Shojo" half-hour at 8:30 with consecutive runs of Full Moon, Fruits Basket, DNAngel and Kaleido Star )

Ahh, this is going to be wicked! I can't wait. Not having lived in the states while FMA was on, I have yet to ever see it on "actual" Televison. But now I will, I'm so happy.
- Also, One Piece is still on YTV? I had no Idea. And this may sound strange, but when? I didn't think they were showing it.
I have yet to ever see the dub, I do know it is horrible, and that it should be killed. But I wanted to at least see it once, so then I can bad mouth it properly. ^^ If somebody could tell me when it's on it would be much appreciated!

Just take our word for it, the One Piece dub should be avoided like the plague.
BTW, is the FMA dub any good?

case closed would be a better candidate for a weekday run then yyh but for both of them it would be imposible to watch because they would need to be on at a late hour or be edited (neither of which is a good thing). I've never seen case closed so i don't no if it'd b hard 2 edit but im a HUGE YYH fan (despite the fact the dub sux but[believe it or not] the sub is even worse) if it were shown in edited format i'd shoot myself. rant over
P.S. Jesse, whats up with zannen, its been broken for like a week now

Why would YYH need to be edited over Case Closed? Case Closed is far more graphic, but the show is absolutely impossible to edit. I personally hope that CC gets a weeknight slot soon so that they can get through the episodes faster (assuming they get more from FUNi than AS got), but I really don't understand why you find editing to be such a concern for anything airing post 8pm.
The server for the site is just down. I have no idea when it will be fixed.

mabye your right but in my memory the earliest YTV has ever aired an (decent) unedited show is 9:00pm. I hate edits in amy way shape or form but to me it seems unlikly that they'd air YYH uncut if its before between 8 and 9, to begin with its not that bad but later on there's a lot more objectional content(i.e. a lot of gore, sexual referances and language) in the bionix/late night block thats one thing but in 8-9...then again they did air mononoke-hime uncut (and without a disclamer) so i geuss its not unthinkable
