I got ? are the ep's in the anime Hakuouki Shinsengumi Kitan the same ep's of both Hakuōki and Hakuōki: Record of the Jade Blood the same ep's.

In anime terms, Hakuoki Shinesengumi Kitan is just the full name for the first Hakuoki series. Record of the Jade Blood is the subtitle of the sequel TV series, which is technically a separate series.

thanks reason i was wondering was because the blueray copy of Hakuoki Shinesengumi Kitan i got off ebay had 5 disc with 22 ep's..but it didn't say if it had both seasons it only had name Hakuoki Shinesengumi Kitan on the disc box. owell guess i gotta order season 2 now.

ghostrider, what you got was 99% likely a bootleg that ran the first two series together. It probably does include the Jade Blood series but is almost certainly not a legal release.
If you can post a picture of the cover, I'm sure that we can probably confirm that.

It turns out what i order was the dvd set instead not sure why the seller had it listed as blueray anyway i asked the seller post better photo and it is s1 and s2 and they said it has an ova with it..

English, Chinese, and Malay subtitles? Chinese and English on the packaging? Oh, yeah, that's a bootleg. It's a very professional-looking one, mind you (the Chinese are good at that), but a bootleg nonetheless.
