The website also apologised for problems on the opening episode of K, saying that some viewers found it was streaming without subtitles, due to "a glitch caused by the upgraded website." However, the site added that the problem 'was localised to a 25 minute period only and was fixed speedily."

Among other problems, this isn't a good start.

I wouldn't call a 25min window without subtitles after re-wiring the site to provide a whole season of anime for free to be a "major screw up".

The cost isn't the point! AoD can't seem to go a day without something else poping up to call attention to the mickey mouse operation that's going on.

Frankly, I would have been surprised, nay, shocked, if they'd managed to get the streams out without any delays or cock-ups.
At this stage, I've just got to hope that the delays will only apply to the first episodes, rather than each week's episode being delayed by several days.

If it is related to this issue then it truly is not their fault out of their hands. As our own Emperor Brandon commented elsewhere:

The thing that has me worried more (since To Love Ru is kind of awful aside the lovely character designs, so no big loss for me...) is it will have an effect on the other TBS simulcasts, namely Chuunibyou and Hidamari (Busou Shinki too, though I'm not anticipating it as much). I would hope not, but you never know. Regardless of the specifics here and who may be to blame, I'm afraid Sentai will get brunt of it.

The list of titles iseems a little too coincidental...
