i've never seen it but now i want to see it, because i;m more interested in the anime that isnt all hyped up be4 it comes out... cause i was watchin Champloo from day 1 and no1 really knew about it.. So i guess it should be good, as far as anyone liscenseing it, i pretty much hate all things Dubbed unless i began watching it dubbed, so i judhe nethin dubbed that i've already seen as crappy, but thats just me

FUNimation got it? That's...odd. Isn't this sort of title a little mature for them? I'll check it out because the character designs look nice, and because Onmyouza did the opening theme. And Omyouza rocks your face off. :D |

How about using this forum since you're already on it. There is an ANN encyclopedia that list who license it and has link to the official page. It probalby takes just about as much time as you writing up this post. Laziness don't payoff. |

FUNimation picked up this show during the summer of Gonzo or that what it was called. Basilisk, Speed Grapher, and Trinity Blood were all licensed around the same time. As for the mature part I was thinking about that also it's not normally like them. But hey ya gonna change with time. Till next time, Delta Kiral |

I only got to watch up to episode 6 I believe, and I'm really anxious to see what happens in the story

wasn't Gunslinger Girl mature? i'm not surprised FUNimation licensed it and frankly i can't wait to see it. a while back, about 6 months ago, the Basilisk website just said "coming soon" so I really hope its sooner than later. Does anyone know an official release date or are we still in the dark about that?

Considering how one of the first non-Dragon Ball anime they licensed was Blue Gender, I wouldn't think so. FUNimation isn't simply some "younger ages" licensor like 4Kids or ShoPro; they've actually grown quite substantially to become one of the biggest domestic distributors in the country. They've attained a level of status similar to Geneon or Bandai, and similarly cater to all age groups, from the very young to the mature. And really, if you look at FUNimation's licenses, the bulk of them cater mostly to a teenage/young adult audience anyway--Kiddy Grade, Gunslinger Girl, Burst Angel, Samurai 7, Sunabozou, etc. |

We also have Speed Grapher. For 2006, expect more out of FUNimation. Lance Heiskell FUNimation Guy |
