its kinda like a DVD. you can choose to have Japanese Audio with english text....Japanese audio with Japanese text...english audio with english text
wouldnt honestly be too hard to do with anime, assuming the anime has source material. all they'd need is a script

Am I the only one who automatically assumed Sabat would be playing the Horikawa role just because of Vegeta?

Same here. Never thought I'd see a dub released this fast, much less for an e-manga/visual novel-type comic.
So. Freakin'. Sweet.

So this is a sort of manga with audio and translation? An interesting concept for sure. Pity they overlooked Linux as one of the platforms to release the software on. It shouldn't be too hard to add to the list, as Android is already based on Linux.

Does E-Manga usually have spoken audio, or is this a one-time deal? I haven't heard of this being done for English OR Japanese (though it would be kinda weird to read an English manga and hear Japanese dialogue).

Wonder how many would say it's a bad dub because of Ryo Horikawa............

Android uses a Linux-based kernel, but that's the least important bit. You'd need to adapt the program to X11, GLX and OpenGL 2, which is probably more work than any of the other ports.
