After watching the three different flash-animated short series for this, I'm hoping this one will actually be not flash-animated and not 3 minutes per episode.

This isn't. It's produced by XEBEC.

Nice! A show I've been waiting for to see fully animated and not short flash skits. Even better that CR got it too.

I'll be watching and it's nice to see early announcements from CR this season rather than hold them all for the week before (or the week of) their debut. I guess with other sites stepping up their game (FUNi, Nico, AN) they need to do something to stay ahead.

I'm actually not sure 100% if I'm going to watch this or not now. I mean, the animation...and style. Hmm.

The series that premieres in April should have a more traditional style, given that it will not be a Flash animation.
