What is exactly will go on during this panel? Who will be speaking at it (like Bamboo, etc.)? I'd just like to know, because I'm trying to decide b/t this panel and the Tokyopop one that's held at about the same time (*sigh* decisions, decisions )

Let's see. There will be, at the very minimum Myself, Bamboo and Jonathan Mays on the panel. Hopefully Rebecca will join us as well.
Other people who will be at Otakon and may be at our panel will be George Phillips (Cookie), Isaac Alexander, and Sean Broestl.
Our panels are pretty informal. At AX we were a little underprepared, that won't happen this time, but it'll still be informal.
We typically talk about stuff that's coming up at the website, changes that have been made, and then get right into the Q&A. Depending on how much is going on, the Q&A can start between 15 and 30 minutes into the panel. I generally try for more along the lines of 30 minutes, AX was 15.
We also give stuff away. Everyone who asks a question gets a prize. Your pick from DVDs, T-shirts and other merchandise for good questions, our pick for bad questions.

Yeah, I'm a little peeved about that. We're journalists, our job is to cover industry panels. I specifically requested that our panel not be at the same time as any industry panels....
Oh well, at least we aren't against a main event.

Thanks for the info! Wow, this is definitely going to be a hard decision for me. On the one hand, I have a bunch of questions that I'd like to ask Tokyopop. On the other hand, it would be really cool to meet the people who work here at ANN. Plus, those prizes sound pretty tempting. I'll have to start thinking up good questions for ANN in case I do end up attending this site's panel (I just still can't decide!!)

If it's Geneon, there's no way it can be bad.
Heh. But really. I really wonder what a stupid question could have been. blah.

See, the Geneon cubes are cooler than what we gave out at AX for all the useless questions. That time we gave out directional room signs (i.e. "508-549 -->") that I jacked from the Hilton recycle bin and had all of the ANN staffers autograph.
