Comcast Anime Selects??
So that's that channel that replaced The Anime Network on Comcast. Hrmmm..... There's not many good titles on it either. Mostly CPM stuff. The Anime Network has tons more shows on it. I wonder how Comcast feels losing out to TAN...

No, Select On Demand is a 3rd party to Comcast who only apparently has access to CPM licenses...nothing to write home about.
It's also only available in On Demand format, along-side Anime Network. So, Comcast still uses TAN On Demand, as well as Adult Swim On Demand, and Select On Demand. Trust me, you're not missing too terribly much on Anime Selects, all of their shows are censored/edited for content despite still carriyng the TV-MA rating, Darkside Blues is a perfect example of this. Not to mention, their library is so small that it's already been at least the 5th time they've shown their shows. |
