Tokyopop Needs Layout Artists

We're currently looking for layout artists who meet the following requirements:

-Lives in the Los Angeles area.
-Has graduated from Art school with a degree in design or an equivalent.
-Is interested in working for us long term, eventually becoming a designer/artist for Tokyopop.
-Is familiar with and proficient in programs such as inDesign, Photoshop, and possibly Illustrator.
-Is looking for a good entry-level job.

I would like to let you know that I could fill that position, but I'm all the way across the county...and I'm still in high school. We use Adobe programs for our school newspaper. (I guess you could say I can draw...)

I'm sure Tokyopop need professional that has some kind of college experiences. Any High school kids can make a simple website now a days. .

The art class in high school are nothing compare to the stuff you learn from a respected art college. Very Happy However, you can be an internship for TP and do monkey work for free once you get into a college

I was just saying that I would be interested in a position like that, of course after college. It's kinda impossible for me to do that job right now (even if I was an art school graduate).
